BDW 5 Star Program

Build your bond and skills. This program is made for all dogs whether you are a pet dog owner, want a hiking/camping buddy, or in the show ring or joining a sport. Our classes while structured are built with you in mind helping you and your pup in the stage you are at, building on skills and working thru the struggles you may be facing. Always setting you and your pup up for succuss. As always force and free fear.

Puppy 1 Star

For Pups 8 - 26 Weeks

In this class, we will cover the basics to get you and your puppy started in those everyday manners, work thru the challenge of puppy time, and get you a better understanding of how to teach your new family member. This is for all pups from littles to bigs, family pet to hiking partner. Learn about how dogs learn.

Basics 1 Star

For Pups 6 months to Senior

This class is for beginners, new to you pups, and anyone needing a little refresher before building on your skills. We will cover those regular sit, down, stay, but add the joy of learning and the steps toward all your goals.

Level Up 2 Star

For All Pups that have taken Puppy or Basics 1 Star

Build that focus, learn new skills, work with distractions, Make your bond strong, understand who your dog is, and take the steps to get to your goals.

Level Up 3 Star

Time to Level up add to those stars and build with distractions. Work thru some issues, maybe having a struggle with leash skills, over-arousal at dog sport events, need more work on your greeting skills. Using skills to help you.

Next Level 4 Star

Are you ready for distance and more distractons.

Out Shining 5 Star

This class is out and about in the real world. Can you and your pup maneuver in the real world?

Canine Life and Social Skills

CL.A.S.S.®, Canine Life And Social Skills®, is a four-level group class curricula for pet parents to test real-life skills with their canine companions. The four levels of the program are named after high school and university degree programs: the H.S. (High School Level) B.A. (Bachelor’s Level), the M.A. (Master’s Level) and the Ph.D. (Doctorate Level). Each C.L.A.S.S. level is designed with several goals C.L.A.S.S. by APDT (Association of Professional Dog Trainers) early framework for the idea was an incentive program for pet parents to do more real-life training coupled with a message promoting positive reinforcement training. The program was refined based on input from dog pet parents and non-dog pet parents, professional dog trainers, shelter staff, rescue organizations, and fosters.
