I as the legal owner of the above dog(s), I do agree to hold Better Dog World, its owners, officers, consultants, volunteers, harmless from any and all liability and from any and all property damage, personal injury and injury to any dog(s), or any other claims arising from or in connection with participation in this program or consult visitations, which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person, dog(s), or thing. That I am solely responsible for any harm caused by my dog while attending sessions with Better Dog World (Leslie Dool). I certify that I have read and understood the rules and regulations set forth herein and that I have read and understood this agreement.
